All information on the Site is provided in good faith, however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the Site.

Our commitment

LeafyPixels (leafypixels.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on the Site infringes the copyright or other intellectual property ("Infringement") of any person.

How to submit a copyright infringement notice

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your notice in writing to us with the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright's interest.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL on leafypixels.com where the material appears (or, if the URL is not known, a clear description of the location of the alleged infringing material on the Site).
  • Identification of the URL or other specific location on the Site where the material that you claim is infringing is located.
  • Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Where to send your notice

You can reach us via the Contact page on leafypixels.com, or by email at [email protected] with the subject line: "Copyright Infringement."

What happens after we receive a valid notice

We review every notice that meets the requirements above. When a notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, notify the user who posted the content (where applicable), and may replace the removed material with a notice of removal.

Counter-notification

If you believe that the material you posted was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the owner's agent, or pursuant to law, to post and use the material, you may send us a counter-notice including the same six items above, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your area and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notice.

Repeat infringers

It is our policy to terminate, where appropriate, the accounts and access of users who are repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights.
