We review messages about plant-care accuracy, pet-safety references, broken links, tool bugs, and unclear instructions. The most useful correction reports include the page URL, the sentence or recommendation in question, and the source or observation we should check.

For plant diagnosis questions, include the plant name, recent watering pattern, light location, pot drainage, soil condition, and clear photos if you are contacting us outside the website workflow. We cannot provide emergency pet or pesticide advice by email; contact a veterinarian, poison control, or local extension office for urgent issues.

For tool feedback, include the tool URL, selected inputs, expected result, and what seemed wrong. For plant-list feedback, tell us which plant or pet-safety status needs review and which source should be checked. For partnership or product messages, explain how the request relates to indoor plant care; affiliate relationships do not determine our care recommendations.

We prioritize corrections that affect safety, toxicity, pest treatment, fertilizer use, and root health. Smaller wording fixes and new plant requests are reviewed during content updates.
